Amouage Overture for Men is a woody and spicy fragrance for men. Overture Man was launched in 2019. The nose behind this fragrance is Karen Vinchon Spiner.
The top notes include cognac, cumin, cardamom, nutmeg, saffron, grapefruit, and ginger. Middle notes are myrrh, labdanum, cinnamon, benzoin, lentils or lentils, patchouli, and geranium. Base notes are animal, smoke, incense, sandalwood, leather and sage.

It is a mixture of emotional components. Amouage perfumes are inspired by music, travel and life experiences, which are developed in the form of captivating olfactory narratives.
It's a piece that alternates between slow and fast melodies to prepare you for what's to come. That's why I used some high contrast raw materials to reflect this spin on the beats. Here the bitterness of grapefruit is hidden in the warmth of woods and resins. I also played with spices: cool spices like cardamom, nutmeg, and ginger contrast with hot spices, like cumin and cinnamon. Just like the unique and exciting moment before something extraordinary happens, it is impressive, surprising and delighting anyone who smells it.
