Agar Royal

Agar Royal Unisex by Chopard is a floral amber fragrance for men and women. Agar Royale was launched in 2019. The nose behind this fragrance is Alberto Morillas.
Top notes are jasmine, bergamot, and mandarin. Middle notes are cypriol oil or nagarmotha, vetiver, tuberose, black pepper and patchouli. Base notes are Laotian agarwood and agarwood. Agar Royal is a tribute to the great kings of India, the palaces of the Maharajas, the majesty of the Indian subcontinent and its vivid colors that make the Oud vibrate with all the light and richness of his homeland.
The perfumer created the elegant and seductive 'white' oud by adorning Oud Asafi with other important symbols of Indian perfumery heritage: sambac jasmine, tuberose, sandalwood and cypriol nagarmotha. A fragrance whose name reminds us of its roots, which in Sanskrit means “agaru”, “the wood that does not float” due to its high resin content.
Agar Royal is a real perfume that can be worn like an invisible garment embroidered with gold and light. “I imagined Royal Agar as a tribute to India's most precious heritage and to the power of the sense of smell. Agar Royal looks like a beautiful white cloth, embroidered with silk and white gold and adorned with stones, frills and sequins, the ceremonial dress of a great Mughal Empire.
